this is going to be a collab for the very first random cartoon show episode
Rules:
Be as Random as possible
Has to be Funny
Penis jokes AOKAY
Nothing tooo offensive or too racist
prettymuch anything on the newgrounds rules thing
has to be at least 15 to 30 seconds long
size 550x 330
HOW TO SUBMIT:
Before you submit anything, rename any files you send to include your username...something like username.fla, or username_RCSCollab, or whatever. Send your final .FLA (not .SWF, your .FLA) to fanferris@yahoo.com - make sure the subject reads RANDOM, and MAKE SURE to include your username, and any additional credits you wish to give (Audio Portal, voice actors, etc.) in the body of the mail.
oh and the size 550x350
ur movie must be inside a movieclip so its only one frame in the main timeline

nothing completely stupid to the point that is not funny
MUST HAVE SOUND!!!!!!!
Penis jokes ok( but God knows how you could make a penis joke in Mega Man)
